Going back to my roots. Tomorrow I’ll be playing strictly vinyl at my fav record store David’s Music for Record Store Day. Serving me tasty vinyl for the last 30 years! It’s probably the best thing about Letchworth, that and the fact that it’s my hometown, it’s where I met my wife, and developed lifelong friendships. LGC has the first ever roundabout and is the first Garden City in the World, it is also where Simon Pegg shot ‘The World’s End’ (ironic since the town was originally a dry Quaker town) Shout out to Ebenezer Howard!! #RSD (pic by Paul Louis Archer )

My friend Matt Smooth recently lent me this film from a rare original VHS he owned. Nice to now see a full length version on youtube for you all to enjoy. The film features great music from the likes of Egyptian Lover and includes some fresh dance clips as well as cameos from a young Ice T and Michael Chambers aka ‘Turbo’ from the film Breakdance.
I was lucky enough to meet Arthur Baker while I was rehearsing with GSS, so as a fan of his music from back in the 80’s I am eagerly waiting for a release date on this documentary that he has put together:-
